Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is valid for New Reservations, to travel until December 19, 2025. Values apply to reservations with a minimum stay of three nights. Promotional values do not apply if you stay from December 19, 2025, to January 3, 2026.
2. Babysitting Service: Valid for Guests traveling under our Ultimate Family Program with a minimum stay of 3 nights (All Inclusive or Room Only). Offer allows guests to book up to three complimentary hours of babysitting service (retail value of $105usd) during one day of their stay, paying only 15% Service Fee as tip for the babysitter. Complimentary hours may only be used from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and one babysitter may attend to a maximum of two children ages 4 to 12, or one child aged 2 to 4. Additional Hours outside of the usage window, and Specialized Services for younger or special needs children are available at an additional cost. Please inquire at the resort depending on your specific circumstances. Service may be provided in your room or at the Kids Club during applicable hours, though pick up and drop off must always be in the room. Babysitters are not allowed to provide any medical attention, procedures or administer medications of any kinds. All children must be in good health at the time of service. Service must be confirmed at least 14 days before your arrival by contacting experiences@villagroup.com. Services requested below this window will be honored as available. Parents are responsible for informing staff of any special needs and providing emergency contact information. Parents are not required to remain on site but they or a designated family member must be available at all times via phone or in person. Additional pre-scheduled hours will be charged at $35usd per hour + 15% Service Fee. Additional hours that result from late arrival Will be charged at 3x the normal rate. Extra charge of 15 dollars in cash directly to the babysitter if the service exceeds after 7:00 pm for her transportation. Promotion subject to change without notice, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for other services, cannot be combined with other promotions and may be discontinued at any time.
3. Up to $350 USD Spa Credits: Spa Credits are a form of credit which can be used to pay for certain portions of Spa packages & services. Only applicable to Spa services at regular price. Taxes and Service Charges are not included and must be paid at time of booking. Issued once per stay. 3-night minimum applies. Certain Black Out dates apply. Spa credit is valid on both Room Only & All-Inclusive Reservations. Payment for tax and service charges will be required at the time you book your appointment. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Spa Credits are not cumulative and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. 4. Free Full Breakfast: One per morning per paying adult, does not apply to room service and is exclusive to the Room Only Plan.
5. Kids stay free: Children up to 12 years old may stay free on the All-Inclusive Plan when the total number of guests does not exceed the selected room's maximum capacity.
6. Promotion is subject to availability at the time of booking and may be changed, discontinued, or restricted at any time, without prior notice.
